1.The machine is mainly featured as auto cementing at side and
heel-seat accomplished at one time. The in-sole and upper do not
need cement in advance to save labor cost. Moreover. it will never
be deglue, which is most suitable for high quality products and
specially heavy shoes.

operators only need simple training to master operation.
3.The heel forming band is wrapped by chains. which makes the best
forming. We provide clamps with various specifications for suitable
to lasting all different curved and sized shoes.
4.The specially designed side Lasting mechanism is formed by each
5groups of PU fasteners on its right and left side. Each last 3
groups of PU fasteners can be used optionally according to the size
of shoes.
5.The press mechanism for side lasting is equipped with special
locking to ensure the press effect and to avoid shrinkages after
lasting.
6.Each pushing bar on side lasting is equipped with an
auto-balancing device. which makes the upper closely attached to
the mid-sole of the shoe according to the curve. During the process
of lasting, the pressure can be adjusted with 2 stages to meet
different upper materials to get perfect lasting effect.
7.The side and heel seat cementing mechanism consists of 2 sets of
cement nozzle respectively located on both right and left sides.
The nozzle will move forwards from the central point of heel curve.
And action closely along the edge of shoe and mid-sole under the
controlled of pressure and speed. The action of cementing is
controlled by projected laser light, which is visible and easy to
be adjusted for the desired action of cementing. The side and heel
cementing can be accomplished at one time, which has not the
disadvantages of apace and inequality when 2 stages cementing.
8.Should the optional switch is selected of heel seat cementing and
no cementing, Side cementing or no cementing or side and heel seat
cementing or no cementing separately.
9.The PLC controller accomplished with the hydraulic and Pneumatic
system controls the electric system.
10.There are two sets of side pulling Pincers for options which can
set the up pulling stroke respectively on right and left sides and
also offer the forcibly manually up Pulling function for
supplemental use. It made uppers, inners and outer the waist more
attached to the last.
11.The pressure adjusting for side lasting and wipers up pulling
mechanism is respectively controlled on right and left sides.
Besides, the pressure on inner and outer waist of lasts can be
transferred automatically through the series of toe supporters.
12.Except the general lasting, there are many specially functions
to meet the special styles of shoes and special demands of
operators.
